My Embroidery Thread

I use a thread called Madeira. This is a top quality thread which is very hard wearing and durable.
Madeira thread is made from accredited, sustainable sourced raw materials and the process they use is fully REACH compliant. They also have a strict ethical code for their employees.
Madeira thread has been awarded the highest level CLASS I OEKO-TEX Certification in conscientious resource management.
There are a huge range of colours available, meaning I can match to your corporate or team colours.
I also offer metallic and multicolour thread, as well as 3D foam embroidery.

How To Order

Provide your logo

Send me a digital copy of your logo, image, artwork or design idea. If you don't have a digital file, no worries, I'll try and help!

Choose your Garment

Browse my garment catalogue. Add any items you are interested in to the quote basket.

I buy, try, and test as many garments as possible to ensure I can give you the best advice, so let me know if you need help deciding.

Get a Quotation

With your items in the quote basket, fill in the form and click 'Get my quote!'

I'll advise the most suitable size and location for the embroidery and work out the stitch count required in order to provide you with a quotation.

Digitise your file

Your electronic file is digitised and a sewn sample is produced. This sample can be posted to you free of charge for approval if required, or an electronic image sent via email.

The Magic Happens

If you are happy with everything then the embroidery and magic takes place.

Delivery To Your Door

I can arrange next day delivery to your door, or you are welcome to collect from my workshop in Woodbridge, Suffolk via an arranged appointment. Shipping charges will apply.

FAQ's

I don't have a digital copy of my logo, what should I do?

Get in touch! If you are unable to provide your logo or design digitally, I should be able to scan and recreate your artwork for you.

Can I see an embroidered sample?

Yes! Before I complete the order a sewn sample is run. This sample can be posted to you free of charge for approval if required, or an electronic image sent via email.

I don't know which items to choose!

I’m always happy to help you choose the best options for your specific needs, so feel free to get in touch. I’ll work with you to find exactly what you’re looking for. I make it a priority to buy, try, and test as many garments as possible, ensuring I can provide accurate and reliable advice.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No! I have no minimum order, so if it’s that individual one-off bespoke item you are after, I can help.
